Recently Completed Design
Frick Estates, Alpine, Demarest, NJ
60 Acre Subdivision located in the Borough of Alpine, and the Borough of Demarest in Bergen County New Jersey. Construction of 1300 linear feet of roadway, piped detention system, and sand filter design to meet the NDJEP 80% TSS removal requirements. Extend sanitary sewer 2500 linear feet. Design of decorative walls, County roadway improvements and overall drainage system and utility system for subdivision. Regulatory approvals include NJDEP sanitary sewer increase the BCUA sanitary sewer service area, NJDEP wetlands and Flood Hazard area permits for road crossings, Hec Ras analysis of existing streams.
Community Baptist Church, City of Englewood
Preparation of site plan, landscaping plan, drainage design and lighting design for a 750 seat church. Design included a secondary parking lot with 109 spaces, design of storm filter system, and underground detention piping.
Alpine Country Club, Demarest, New Jersey
Design of Site plan and drainage facilities for a 40,000 sf club house, tennis building with outdoor courts, parking area including lighting and landscape design.
Bellaire at Alpine
38 townhouse development including 4 low and moderate income units. Design included approximately 3000 feet of roadway, sanitary and drainage facilities including the design of a two tiered detention pond for the new development to blend into an existing golf course pond. Regulatory approvals included NJDEP treatment works approval to extend sanitary sewer, NJDEP stream encroachment permit, and NJDEP wetlands permits.
The Crossings at Tenafly, Condominiums
Site design of 44 unit condominium complex, drainage, landscaping and lighting design. Extension of borough roadway approximately 1000 feet.
Cho Dae church, Borough of Northvale, New Jersey:
Design of new church facility for existing congregation on 5 acres in the borough of Northvale.
Large Residential Projects:
Private Residence, 5 Frick Drive, Brought of Demarest; Design of 20,000 square foot dwelling site plan, with pool and tennis court. Prepare all regulatory permit applications including soil moving, drainage, and NJDEP letter of Interpretation and transition area waiver; averaging permit.
Private Residence 18 Frick drive, Demarest: Design of site plan for 28,000 square foot dwelling on 6 acres including tennis court, pool and pool buildings, and septic system for 11 bedrooms.
Small Residential Projects:
Design of over 1000 sites.
Small Soccer Field, Borough of Demarest
Preparation of plans and specifications for bidding of a soccer practice field in the existing Wakelee Park complex. Prepared grading and drainage design, soil erosion control design, and NJDEP transition area waiver.
Morton Bridge, Borough of Demarest.
Preparation of Plans and specification for design of a pre fabricated foot bridge across the Tenakill Brook . Approvals included obtaining an NJDEP stream encroachment permit.
